Jobs Responsibilities
- Responding to, documenting, recording, and handling any calls, requests, inquiries, or issues
- When dealing with unhappy clients, escalate the situation while providing patient support and assistance.

Job Requirements
a minimum of a high school diploma
competent with Microsoft Office and computers
Capable of typing in English, Pashto, and Dari
able to read, write, and speak all three languages with ease
