Job Requirements:
- Assist in developing immunization micro-plans using community feedback.
- Vaccinate regularly at health centers where service deficiencies have been found.
- Plan and conduct immunization outreach programs in underprivileged communities.
- Work with CHSs and CHWs to coordinate outreach initiatives.
- As directed by national standards, give EPI vaccinations to women and children who qualify.
- Inform moms and other caregivers about immunizations, scheduling, and the value of vaccination records.
- Manage the cold chain and vaccinations by EPI and UNICEF guidelines.
- Maintain correct immunization records in authorized registers.
- Increase public knowledge of the advantages of vaccinations
- With CHW assistance, track coverage, and deal with dropouts.
- Participate in immunization programs for polio and non-polio
- Attend meetings at the health facility once a week to assess progress.
- Inform supervisors of any problems affecting immunization services.

- Record all immunization information accurately in official forms and registries.

- Track results and get in touch with families that don’t receive their immunizations.
