Job Responsibility
- Protect the grounds and office, especially at night.
- Verify the visitor’s ID and manage access.
- Respond to crises and notify your supervisor.
- On-time office opening and closing
- After hours, turn off the apparatus.
- Respond to radio calls and log road missions
- Maintain call and message logs.
- Communication among the track field team
- Update the security and contact lists.
- Regularly inspect radios (VHF/HF).
- Speak with the security personnel every day.
- If necessary, work with the local fire department and police.
- Keep yourself available for duty.
- Verify the safety of every item arriving.
- Take calls, greet guests, and deliver messages
- Ensure that employees adhere to security regulations.
- Perform other duties as required.
