Jobs Responsibility

  • serve as a liaison between clients, PLOs, guards, and headquarters.
  • Regularly provide management with updates.
  • Attend government and ATRA meetings.
  • Oversee the security activities at every location.
  • Ensure that guards adhere to their duty schedules.
  • Facilitate the seamless launch of new initiatives
  • To distribute gasoline, accompany fuel squads.
  • Assist the technical staff with fuel inspections.
  • Visit locations and evaluate the performance of the guards.
  • Create and distribute performance evaluations.
  • Address guard concerns as soon as possible.
  • Monitor the usage of electricity, fuel, and equipment.
  • Maintain a positive rapport with every employee.
  • Participate in client site evaluations and provide updates
  • Address community issues quickly
  • Set up training with the operations and HR departments.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training.
  • Teach SSGs how to handle gasoline.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies
  • Report problems and make suggestions for enhancements.
  • Ensure that all guards adhere to the rules.
  • Gather the guard clearance paperwork.
  • Make sure fresh PLOs are handed out properly.
  • Obtain weekly, monthly, yearly, and daily reports.
  • Examine reports and resolve issues.
  • Organize papers and reports.
  • Report mishaps, thefts, gasoline shortages, etc.
  • Provide management with complete reports on schedule.
