Jobs Responsibility

- Regularly provide management with updates.
- Attend government and ATRA meetings.
- Oversee the security activities at every location.
- Ensure that guards adhere to their duty schedules.
- Facilitate the seamless launch of new initiatives
- To distribute gasoline, accompany fuel squads.
- Assist the technical staff with fuel inspections.
- Visit locations and evaluate the performance of the guards.
- Create and distribute performance evaluations.
- Address guard concerns as soon as possible.
- Monitor the usage of electricity, fuel, and equipment.
- Maintain a positive rapport with every employee.
- Participate in client site evaluations and provide updates
- Address community issues quickly
- Set up training with the operations and HR departments.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training.
- Teach SSGs how to handle gasoline.
- Respond quickly to emergencies
- Report problems and make suggestions for enhancements.
- Ensure that all guards adhere to the rules.
- Gather the guard clearance paperwork.
- Make sure fresh PLOs are handed out properly.
- Obtain weekly, monthly, yearly, and daily reports.
- Examine reports and resolve issues.
- Organize papers and reports.
- Report mishaps, thefts, gasoline shortages, etc.
- Provide management with complete reports on schedule.
