Job Description

• Join a new U.S.-registered Afghan rug e-commerce startup.

• Part-time, remote role based in Kabul.

• Flexible hours with growth potential.

• Graphic design and digital content skills required.

• Support visual and business operations.

• Occasionally visit downtown Kabul for supplier meetings.

• Act as the main contact with rug suppliers.

• Join regular team meetings via WhatsApp.

• Coordinate orders from U.S. customers to suppliers.

• Oversee payments and delivery timelines.

• Help recruit 2–3 skilled rug weavers.

• Assist in building a reliable supply chain.

• Take high-quality photos of rugs.

• Design content for social media and promotions.

• Manage and grow Instagram and other platforms.
