What You’ll Do

• Support recruitment, contracts, and staff onboarding
• Advise on HR rules, benefits, and policies
• Track employee data and prepare reports
• Help organize staff training and learning sessions

What You Need

• Education: Secondary school + 6 years HR experience or Bachelor’s + 2 years HR experience
• Skills: MS Office, G-Suite, HR systems, basic data analysis
• Language: Fluent English

Extra Advantage

• HR certificate
• Experience in UN or multicultural workplaces
• Humanitarian or development work experience
