Easy Steps to Apply — OSCE Academy MA in Politics & Security (Central Asia) 2026

Know the deadline. Apply by January 31, 2026 — 11:00 PM (Bishkek time).
Check if you are eligible. You need a 4-year BA or Specialist degree, or be in your final BA year. You must be a citizen of Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, or any OSCE participating State. You need good English: IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 90.
Remember key dates. The program starts 1 September 2026 and runs 18 months. The Summer School is 3–28 August 2026. You must live in Bishkek during the studies.
Prepare your documents. Common items: diploma, transcripts, passport copy, CV, motivation letter, recommendation letters, and your English test result. Scan each file and make clear copies.
