Job Responsibility

• Protect the grounds and office, especially at night.
• Verify the visitor’s ID and manage access.
• Respond to crises and notify your supervisor.
• On-time office opening and closing
• After hours, turn off the apparatus.
• Respond to radio calls and log road missions
• Maintain call and message logs.
• Communication among the track field team
• Update the security and contact lists.
• Regularly inspect radios (VHF/HF).
• Speak with the security personnel every day.
• If necessary, work with the local fire department and police.
• Keep yourself available for duty.
• Verify the safety of every item arriving.
• Take calls, greet guests, and deliver messages
• Ensure that employees adhere to security regulations.
• Perform other duties as required.
