The University of Turin (UniTo), one of Italy’s top public universities, is now accepting applications for the “UniTo for Students at Risk” Scholarship 2025–2026. This fully funded scholarship supports international students who come from war-affected or dangerous regions.
Every year, UniTo offers 10 full scholarships to help students continue their higher education in a safe and peaceful environment. The scholarship is available for both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs at the University of Turin. Students from countries facing political crisis, war, or unsafe conditions — such as Afghanistan, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Palestine, and others — are strongly encouraged to apply.
This scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation, living expenses, and health insurance. In many cases, free Italian language courses and academic support are also offered to help students settle in and succeed in their studies.
To be eligible, applicants must:
Be from a country facing conflict or serious risk.
Meet the academic requirements of the chosen program at UniTo.
Apply before the official deadline (to be announced on the university website).

Eligibility Criteria – UniTo for Students at Risk 2025–2026
To apply for this scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:
Be an international student from a conflict-affected or at-risk country (e.g., Afghanistan, Syria, Sudan, etc.)
Have not yet applied for admission to UniTo, or already applied via Apply@Unito
Hold or be in the process of obtaining a valid foreign qualification for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Meet the academic and language requirements of the chosen degree program
Submit all required documents through Apply@Unito
Include your ID Applicant Number in the scholarship application form
Apply by the deadline: 8 September 2025, 11:00 a.m. (Italian time)
