Customer Service Agent – Duties

  • Open customer accounts (target 150/month)

  • Process top-ups and check daily balances

  • Help customers with problems and questions

  • Manage bill payments and bundle activations

  • Handle cash-in/out and salary vouchers

  • Process refunds correctly and fast

  • Answer calls, emails, chat, and in-person questions

  • Give correct info about products and services

  • Solve complaints quickly

  • Record all customer interactions

  • Help with orders, payments, returns, exchanges

  • Work with sales, tech, and logistics teams

  • Meet team and individual targets

  • Share ideas to improve service

Requirements

  • Good communication and listening skills
