Types of Chang Gung University Scholarship in Taiwan
1. CGU Full Sponsorship Package
Students get a monthly stipend of NTD 6,000.
Tuition fees are fully waived, including extra university costs.
Free on-campus housing in a shared (quad) room.
Students may also receive an extra stipend of up to NTD 12,000 per month.
2. Joint Sponsorship – Supervisor + CGU
Students receive NTD 6,000 monthly as a part-time research assistant (paid by the supervisor).
Tuition fees waived by CGU, covering all tuition and other academic charges.
Free university dormitory accommodation (provided by CGU).
Students may also get an additional stipend of up to NTD 12,000 per month (from CGU).

Eligibility and Important Rules for Chang Gung University Scholarship
Students who do not meet all requirements at admission can still qualify later. If they meet the criteria before the second semester starts, they may claim the first semester scholarship, depending on available slots.

Scholarships and grants are reviewed and awarded each semester.
Students who study beyond the normal program duration (2 years for Master’s and PhD programs) cannot receive scholarships.
