Eligibility Criteria – MPOWER Global Citizen Scholarship
To qualify, applicants must:
Hold admission or be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program at an MPOWER-partnered institution in the U.S. or Canada.
Be an international student with legal authorization to study in the host country.
For the United States:
Eligible applicants may hold a valid student visa, permanent residency (Green Card), or DACA status.
For Canada:
Eligible applicants must hold a valid study permit or permanent residency status.
This ensures the scholarship supports students who are fully authorized and ready to pursue higher education in North America.
