The Bachelor’s Academic Scholarship at the University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) is a great chance for students who have strong grades and want to study in Dubai. This scholarship helps students with the cost of tuition fees. It does not cover living costs, books, or other study expenses.
This scholarship gives 15% to 25% off tuition fees for each semester. If you study well and keep good marks, you can keep the scholarship for the next semesters too. It is made for students who are starting their undergraduate (bachelor’s) degree at UOWD for the first time.

Who Can Get the UOWD Academic Merit Scholarship? – 2025 Rules
Open to current UOWD bachelor’s students of any nationality
Must have at least 75 WAM (Weighted Average Mark)
Must have completed 36 credit points or more
Awarded at the start of the Autumn trimester each year
Scholarship is valid for 1 year only (15% or 25% tuition fee discount)
A limited number of scholarships are available
Selection made by the UOWD Scholarship Committee
Only covers next academic year’s tuition
Will be cancelled if the student skips next semester (summer optional)
UOWD Sports Scholarship – Who Can Apply in 2025?
Must have a minimum WAM of 65
Must have completed at least 36 credit points
Must be recommended by the UOWD Sports Coordinator
Recommendation based on high sports performance or sports leadership
Must actively join UOWD sports teams each semester to keep the scholarship
