Main Duties

Follow all rules and tools from Moraa Institute.

Visit public and private hospitals in the province.

Collect data about doctors, nurses, midwives, and admin staff.

Talk to health staff and HR officers.

Fill out the survey forms correctly.

Work with local health officials and hospital managers.

Check your data and send it to the survey specialist.

Keep everything private and follow ethical rules.

Give updates every day to your supervisor.

Use data tools (like papers, tablets, or Kobo Toolbox) properly.

Take photos as needed during data work.

Follow your daily work plan and hospital visit schedule.

Join meetings or feedback sessions when asked.

Report any problems you face in the field quickly.
