In over 20 provinces, it provides primary healthcare, nutrition, mother and child health, mental health and psychological assistance, malaria and tuberculosis control, and emergency medical response. Protecting people from sexual exploitation, abuse, and child abuse is a top priority for the organization, which specializes in community-based programs.

Job Responsibility

Make and follow a small plan for outreach and mobile work

Keep list of children and mothers who missed vaccines

Store and use vaccines safely by the rules

Throw away dirty medical waste safely

Give vaccines in health centers and outreach

Keep vaccines cold all the time

Fix any cold chain problems quickly or move vaccines to the nearby center

Tell the supervisor if the cold chain is not working

Talk to the community to bring children and women for vaccines

Advice to stop dropouts and improve coverage

Teach clients about health during visits

Report any problems with the services

Find and fix missed chances in the service area

Meet with the team to plan and solve problems

Join HealthNet TPO trainings

Send monthly reports on time

Keep records and proof of work done

Help as an extra vaccinator when needed
