Job Summary

OHW is looking for an experienced Regional Coordinator to manage and coordinate all programs in the Eastern Region. The role focuses on project planning, team supervision, donor coordination, reporting, and field monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all regional projects
Supervise project staff and field teams
Work with donors, partners, and local authorities
Prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports
Support monitoring, evaluation, and planning
Ensure transparency and accountability
Act as regional security focal point

Required Skills

Strong management and coordination skills
Good English, Dari, and Pashto
Experience in NGO or humanitarian projects
Ability to travel within project areas
